彭文正 博士

台灣大學學士，美國威斯康辛大學麥迪遜校區公共政策與管理碩士、新聞學博士。

記者、主播、政論節目主持人、製作人，台灣大學新聞研究所教授、所長、多媒體研究中心主任、台灣公共廣播集團董事、公共廣播集團客家電視台執行長；並以社會公正人士身分擔任第一屆檢察官評鑒委員會委員兼發言人，並於2021年因追查論文門事件而獲得加拿大「正義之星獎」。

彭文正博士如今因為質疑蔡英文和倫敦政經學院合謀詐騙學位，2021年被司法設局通緝、沒收台灣護照、成為滯留在美國的無國籍人球。

Dr. Dennis Peng

Bachelor from National Taiwan University, Master of Public Policy and Administration, and Doctorate in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Dr. Peng's career spans roles as a reporter, news anchor, political talk show host, and producer. He was held academic positions as a Professor and the Director of the Graduate Institute of Journalism at National Taiwan University, as well as the Director of the Multimedia Research Center. His contributions extend to executive roles, including serving on the board of Taiwan Broadcasting System (TBS) and as the CEO of Hakka Television at the TBS. As an advocate for social justice, he was appointed as a member and spokesperson for the Prosecutor Evaluation Committee. In 2021, Dr. Peng received the "Star of Justice Award" from Canada for his investigative efforts in the "LSE Thesis-Gate Scandal" controversy.

Currently, Dr. Peng is notable for questioning the legitimacy of Tsai Ing-wen's degree and alleging collusion with the London School of Economics and Political Science. As a result of these allegations, he was subject to an arrest warrant in 2021, had his Taiwanese passport revoked, and now resides in the United States as a stateless person.
